Parking availabilities
We have garage parking stalls available now at both Grand Central and at X01 for $225/month. Parking contracts can start at any time and can end on either December 31st, May 31st, or August 12th. Security deposit is equal to one month’s parking fee and is due upon contract signing. Apply online below.
Temporary Parking Passes
Friends and family visiting and need a parking pass for the weekend? We have you covered. Grand Central and X01 residents can pick up temporary parking passes in-person at the Property Management Office during business hours. These are only available for our residents!
Heated & Secure
Park your car here and scraping snow in the morning will be a thing of the past. And as far as security goes, without a fob, nobody gets in.
Free for Bikes & Mopeds
Do you pay rent here? If so, you can park your bike and/or moped here–no additional charge.
