What’s included in the posted rent? Are there additional charges on top of the rent?

A good question to have your daughter or son ask when looking around. Rent pays for everything. There are no extra amenities fees or additional charges. Heat, electricity, water, high-speed Internet, cable TV, furnishings, fitness center, study lounge / print access are all included. We also have trash chutes and recycling stations on every floor to help make life a little easier.
